Job Overview
Temporary seasonal role starting ASAP. 6 hedge trimming and 4 chipping roles available. RG Setsquare is working closely with a Grounds Maintenance contractor who has 10 new opportunities for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join the team based north of Worcester – all starting ASAP. The contractor works within the public sector, maintaining green spaces for its end clients.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing green spaces – covering a set route in the local area to ensure proactive maintenance is carried out. Primary duties focus on hedge trimming (team 1) or chipping (team 2). Agents with experience in both can work across either team. Daily tasks include driving to the yard each morning, collecting the van, traveling to the site with a team member, carrying out duties, and returning the van at the end of the day.
Qualifications
Either a Chipper or Hedge Trimming certificate/qualification – one is acceptable. Both is a bonus. No CSCS card required.
