We’re working with a growing AV solutions provider looking to bring in a Senior AV Installation Engineer to strengthen their delivery team. This role is focused on high-quality installations. No long-term service or maintenance, just clean, professional delivery of AV systems across corporate, education and large venue environments.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of AV installations on site, often acting as the lead engineer, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. Projects include:
- Corporate AV systems
- Interactive displays and VC setups
- Projection and large format displays
- Audio systems and distribution
- Screens, mounts and infrastructure
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading installations on site
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Managing cable routing, termination and system setup
- Aligning and calibrating AV equipment
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
- Maintaining high standards of finish and presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong AV installation experience (3-5+ years)
- Confident leading installs or stepping into a senior role
- Experience with projectors, screens, VC systems and displays
- Strong cable management and termination skills
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Professional attitude on client sites
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Yealink or similar
