Overview
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team delivering a range of commercial and residential mechanical projects across Oxford and West London. This role would be ideal for someone who is fairly new to project management or looking to step up from a Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor position. The company offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to develop your career within project management while gaining exposure to a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project programmes and manage progress on site
- Attend client and site meetings
- Work closely with commercial and design teams
- Ensure all health & safety standards are maintained
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
Requirements
- Background within mechanical building services
- Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or Junior Project Manager would be ideal
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ambition to progress within project management
- Full UK driving licence
