We're looking for an experienced BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer to join a leading building automation specialist supporting a wide range of commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sites across Scotland.

This role combines planned maintenance, reactive service, fault finding and small works commissioning across multiple BMS platforms.

The Role

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems.
  • Attend reactive call-outs, fault finding and system diagnostics.
  • Commission and optimise small BMS projects and modifications.
  • Produce service reports, site surveys and commissioning documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Travel throughout Scotland with occasional UK-wide travel when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience servicing and commissioning BMS systems.
  • Knowledge of one or more platforms including Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, ALC or similar.
  • Strong fault-finding skills with a good understanding of HVAC controls.
  • Electrically competent with the ability to modify existing control strategies.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
