My client is looking for an experienced AQS to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Supporting the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on cost variations and financial performance
- Supporting the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms
