With a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging schemes, they work across commercial, residential, mixed-use and refurbishment sectors on projects ranging from £10m - £20m+. The business continues to secure repeat work with leading main contractors and developers, with a growing pipeline of high-profile London projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key commercial role across a range of RC frame and cut & carve developments throughout London. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Working closely with project and operational teams to maximise commercial performance across multiple schemes.
- Assisting with procurement and subcontract package management.
- Supporting the delivery of complex structural and refurbishment packages within tight project programmes.
- Producing accurate financial forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
- Experience working on RC frame, structural, demolition, cut & carve or specialist subcontract packages.
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
