We are a nationwide construction and property consultancy specializing in hospitality and leisure projects. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the client-facing point of contact, communicating regularly and building professional relationships.
  • Manage 5–6 projects concurrently across various stages of the project life cycle, with project values ranging from £1–4 million.
  • Deliver comprehensive pre‑contract and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
  • Organize work, meet deadlines, and exercise strong time‑management skills.
  • Support the team through travel to site as required.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of client‑side PQS/Cost Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Experience in delivering new‑build and refurbishment projects, particularly in the leisure, hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and to work from the Birmingham office or from home on a flexible schedule.
