Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and financial management in construction projects.
- Familiarity with relevant industry software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar programmes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
