Key Responsibilities: • Maximise contract profitability across multiple projects • Prepare and manage client variation quotations • Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports • Apply value engineering principles to improve project outcomes • Manage commercial aspects of residential groundworks packages • Carry out the full range of Quantity Surveyor duties across live sites Requirements: • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks • Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines • Value engineering experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Package: • Salary up to £70,000 p.a.
