An award-winning and well respected multi‑disciplinary consultancy is looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their team in Oxford.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post‑contract duties.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
Qualifications:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Public sector experience would be ideal.
- Worked within a PQS/Construction Consultancy practice.
- Good pre and post contract knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000.
- Hybrid working.
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays.
