OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a major client based in Hull. This is a long term contract position for approximately 2 years. PAYE or LTD contract available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the NEC Project Manager to contribute to the assessment of monthly applications for payment submitted by contractors.
- Assisting in the review and validation of schedules provided under NEC contract requirements.
- Supporting the preparation of the project’s final account and associated close-out documentation.
- Undertaking additional duties as reasonably requested by the project team.
