Quantity Surveyor- We are currently looking fora Quantity Surveyor, with M&E experience, to join an award-winning M&E contractor, on a contractbasis, with the opportunity for a permanent position available
This is a Contract position, suitable for someone looking for long-termwork.
Core responsibilities
- Should be able to Manage Change. Create VO pricing. Take off from drawings.
- Should be able to complete Monthly Contract report, Forecasting, Monthly AFPs.
- Capable of attending Client meetings and dealing with client QS and commercial teams.
- Use initiative, be a good communicator and team worker and also independently as required.
- A predominantly Office/site based role with office/remote working accepted subject to agreement.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 7:30AM-4PM.
- Pay:£250-£300 per day. Rate negotiable DOE.
- MEPFC experience would be .
- Over 3 years’ experience as a qualified QS with industry recognised qualifications.
- Experience using industry specific software and product knowledge
- Experience workingfor a sub-contractor on major projects, within the M&E sector
- Experience workingfor a sub-contractor on major projects, within the Telecoms sector (desirable)
