Quantity Surveyor – Structural Repairs £45,000 – £70,000 (DOE) We’re working with a growing construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their Runcorn office. This is a good opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects while helping support the growth of the team locally. What you’ll be doing: * Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account * Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting * Procuring and managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships * Supporting with contract administration and commercial negotiations * Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and control costs * Identifying risks and opportunities across projects What they’re looking for: * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering * Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or related works * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts * Able to manage workloads across multiple projects What’s on offer: * £45k – £70k salary depending on experience * Opportunity to join a growing office and have input into how things are done * Consistent pipeline of work in a specialist sector For more information, please apply below and we will be in touch #J-18808-Ljbffr
