Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the site’s Quality Management System, including documentation, traceability, and internal audits.
- Leading BRC audit preparation and customer audits, ensuring the site meets and maintains required standards.
- Investigating non‑conformances, analysing root causes and driving corrective actions.
- Working with production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality.
- Training and supporting staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on quality KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Previous Quality Management experience in injection moulding or plastics manufacturing.
- Understanding of BRC requirements (and ideally direct BRC audit involvement).
- Confident communicator, able to engage with production teams and customers.
- Eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with a drive to improve systems and product quality.
