Due to continued company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a well-established technology and manufacturing business based in West Sussex. This Project Manager role will sit within the project delivery function and will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. The position is offered on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week, with a requirement to attend site four days per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned projects from planning through to delivery
- Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitoring project progress, timelines and costs, escalating risks or issues where required
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed specifications and business objectives
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular status updates
- Supporting continuous improvement within project processes
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- The successful Project Manager will have previous experience managing projects in a structured environment and be confident coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- You will be organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining clear communication.
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are key.
- This role could suit someone who has worked as a Project Coordinator, Programme Manager or Delivery Manager.
