Kinetic Recruitment are looking for a Supervisor for a Wythenshawe based client. The company are a niche provider of outsourced services, and they have an outstanding reputation in the medical industry. As a Supervisor, you will be managing a team of 10-15 people on the 2pm to 10pm shift. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. You will be working this afternoon shift constantly so please be sure that you are able to work these hours before applying.
Role
- Oversee daily decontamination operations, ensuring work is completed to strict quality standards
- Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations
- Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment
- Educated to a good general standard with strong numerical and communication skills
- Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
