- Hands‑on support, operating machinery to produce products when needed.
- Develop, motivate, and manage team performance.
- Allocate workload, attend meetings, and monitor/report on KPI's and daily targets.
- Ensure full compliance with quality, health and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands‑on experience operating machinery.
- Previous experience as a production team leader or supervisor.
- Work experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong leadership, character, and ability to set targets and goals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of process and quality control within an ISO 9001 environment.
- Highly organised and adaptable.
