Key Duties:

- Ensure labour and materials are available, identifying and addressing any shortages.
- Review bills of materials and raw material stock levels to prevent disruption.
- Track and report on manufacturing progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are communicated.
- Review supplier and production performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans to maximise output.
- Generate and analyse key production KPIs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, operations or engineering.
- At least 3 years' experience in a production planning or coordination role.
- Proven experience using ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
