- Develop and maintain production schedules to support on‑time customer delivery.
- Support medium‑term production planning, providing forward visibility of workload, risks and capacity.
- Prioritise work orders and release jobs to production in line with agreed schedules.
- Monitor progress against plan and support actions to recover delays.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Purchasing teams.
- Maintain accurate planning data within the ERP/MRP system.
- Communicate changes to production plans clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support capacity planning and workload balancing across departments.
- Contribute to operational review meetings and planning reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, flow and delivery performance.
- Ensure planning activities align with quality, safety and operational standards.
