Our client is a successful, family-owned business who specialise in growing and packing root vegetables for major retailers throughout the UK. The Role of Production Line Supervisor:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the production team
- Managing daily line activities to achieve production targets
- Delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance
- Conducting probation reviews, training and coaching team members
- Ensuring stock is used correctly and efficiently
- Championing Health & Safety standards within the department
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Supporting the Production Manager and providing cover when required
