CDS Labour are currently looking for a Production Line Supervisor who will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Our client is a successful, family-owned business who specialise in growing and packing root vegetables for major retailers throughout the UK. The Role of Production Line Supervisor:

  • Leading, motivating and supporting the production team
  • Managing daily line activities to achieve production targets
  • Delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance
  • Conducting probation reviews, training and coaching team members
  • Ensuring stock is used correctly and efficiently
  • Championing Health & Safety standards within the department
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
  • Supporting the Production Manager and providing cover when required
