We are recruiting for Process Operators to work in Robroyston, Glasgow.

What to expect as a Process Operative

  • Working within a temperature-controlled cleanroom environment
  • Manufacturing product whilst adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Taking product through various processes in line with compliance guidelines
  • Operation of hand tools, knives, machinery and equipment in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Use of chemicals at various stages of process whilst following strict work instructions
  • Some basic quality control and testing of product
  • Some general low level manual handling and use of movement equipment
  • Electronically recording production data
  • Ensuring work areas kept at required hygiene standards

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production role OR transferable skills
  • A solid work history
  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail – level of accuracy required
  • Proven track record of working to work instructions, following strict processes and guidelines
  • Experience of working in a GMP environment advantageous
  • A degree of physical fitness as fairly active role that involves standing and some light manual handling
