Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor
- Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
- Preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX
- Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
- Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
- Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects
What we’re looking for in a Quantity Surveyor
- Relevant QS qualifications – degree or experience
- Previous experience in estimating and take-offs
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous
