Our client, a leading global HVAC & Refrigeration company is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable support to their customers.

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys building relationships and using the latest diagnostic technology to solve complex problems in a field-based position.

  • Base salary of up to £48,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of commercial and industrial plants and equipment using cutting-edge diagnostic tools.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs and commissioning work on customer sites.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Participating in an on-call rota.

Who They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a field-based Service Technician or Refrigeration Engineer.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence using diagnostic software, mobile apps and MS Office.
  • NVQ L2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent industry related qualification
  • A valid F-Gas certification (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
