You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support successful commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:- Take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient delivery, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate project delivery with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage programme requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Oversee technical compliance and quality across mechanical installations.
- Support successful commercial outcomes through effective project leadership and collaboration.
- Work across a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects.
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services.
- Experience delivering mechanical building services projects within contractor environments.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
- Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
