Working closely with the Quality team, you'll take ownership of quality assurance activities across manufacturing, ensuring products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Leading quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes and the product lifecycle.
- Ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Working closely with customers and suppliers to understand quality expectations and ensure successful delivery.
- Supporting and developing the Quality team through training and knowledge sharing.
- Leading process and equipment capability assessments to improve manufacturing performance.
- Managing internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Driving corrective and preventive actions, ensuring root causes are identified and improvements are implemented.
- Working with cross-functional teams including production and engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Developing systems to improve communication of quality issues across departments.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
- Ensuring quality requirements are maintained throughout the product journey, from design through to production and launch.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a similar quality-focused role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Experience managing quality audits, compliance and corrective actions
