We are working with a well-established Building Services consultancy with a strong pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Principal or Associate Engineer to play a key role within their Plymouth office.
This position offers a combination of technical leadership, team management, and client engagement, working closely with the Office Director to support the ongoing growth of the business.
The Role- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects
- Support the Office Director in managing and developing the Electrical team
- Oversee project performance, resource planning, and delivery standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to winning new work and supporting business growth
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
You will be involved in a varied portfolio including:
- Healthcare
- Education (further and higher)
- Residential & mixed-use developments
- Leisure and hospitality
- Strong electrical design experience within a Building Services consultancy
- Experience leading or managing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard
