The Role As Contracts Manager, you will oversee up to three live projects concurrently, primarily involving the removal and replacement of external cladding systems with compliant fire‑retardant solutions on occupied high‑rise buildings. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your time will be spent predominantly across live sites, supporting project delivery, building client relationships, and driving performance, with occasional visits to head office for progress reviews, CVRs, and strategic planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple fire remediation projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
  • Leading and supporting project teams to achieve programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Reviewing project performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Monitoring commercial performance and contributing to monthly CVR reviews.
  • Driving best practice in health, safety, quality, and compliance.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering fire remediation, façade remediation, recladding, or high‑rise residential projects.
  • A successful background in either a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager position.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and programme management capabilities.
  • The flexibility to travel between projects across the South West and South Coast regions.
