We are looking for an experienced Plant Service Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing and inspecting a range of heavy tracked plant machinery, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
The Plant Service Engineerduties:
- Carry out detailed machine health checks.
- Identify, record and report any defects.
- Complete estimates for additional repairs and parts where required.
- Complete service reports, job cards and timesheets accurately.
- Request parts and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Work safely and in line with company procedures.
AboutthePlant Service Engineer:
- Previous experience working on heavy plant or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working on, under and around heavy plant.
- Own safe and legal hand tools.
