You'll shape how Supply Chain Planning works across a multi-site network, driving efficiency, strengthening processes and making sure the numbers translate into action on the ground.
This role blends daily pace with longer-term thinking, using your visibility across several factories to lift service, performance and clarity end-to-end.
What you'll be doing
You'll take the lead on Planning across multiple sites, bringing structure, influence and direction to a busy operation. It's a strategic position with real impact: guiding senior stakeholders, improving systems, and ensuring Planning supports both service and commercial performance.
Your remit spans everything from day-to-day optimisation to long-term modelling, giving you a central role in how the business plans, reacts and grows.

- Planning strategy: Set and deliver a clear Planning approach aligned to business goals.
- Systems & process improvement: Strengthen Planning systems and ways of working to boost efficiency.
- Team leadership: Lead and develop Planning teams to produce robust, optimised operational plans.
- Insight & analysis: Provide the modelling and insight needed for long-term decisions, including capacity and contingency planning.
- Workforce planning: Oversee strategic workforce planning across site.
- Customer collaboration. Bring external market understanding and drive joint initiatives with customers.
What do you need in your background for this opportunity?
- A supply chain specialist who understands how a business operates end-to-end with detailed knowledge in supply chain planning in food or FMCG environments.
- Proven success delivering change and improvement.
- Strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can prioritise at speed.
- Confident influencer with impact across teams and customers.
- Solid understanding food manufacturing and supply chain.
- Experience managing Planning teams.
- Someone who knows how to drive performance, engagement and clarity.
