In this role as a PCB Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for creating complicated and technically advanced PCB layouts in Altium. You will optimise components to ensure best performance, ease of manufacture and assembly as well as ensuring a high degree of reliability. Most of the designs are more than 6 layers and when routing you will be involved with digital systems, mixed signal, power electronics and flex‑rigid PCB technologies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience as a PCB Layout Engineer, PCB Designer, PCB Design Engineer or similar
- Experience with Altium
- Experience with multi-layer PCB designs and layouts
- Experience with flex‑rigid PCBs
