What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting up and operating production equipment
  • Monitoring processes and carrying out quality checks
  • Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
  • Reporting faults to the Supervisor
  • Entering production data to track quantities, materials, and time
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a production or Machine Operator role
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills

Hours

Standard: 37.5 per week
Tue–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
During training (first 1–3 months depending on skills/experience):
Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
