What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and operating production equipment
- Monitoring processes and carrying out quality checks
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
- Reporting faults to the Supervisor
- Entering production data to track quantities, materials, and time
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a production or Machine Operator role
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a safety‑first attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop as a Machine Operator
Hours
Standard: 37.5 per week
Tue–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
During training (first 1–3 months depending on skills/experience):
Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
