Position Overview: A well‑funded, rapidly scaling Femtech innovator seeks an individual to strengthen and develop its supplier base, ensuring that all components and materials entering and leaving the business meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the continuous evaluation of existing suppliers, the identification and onboarding of new partners, and the ongoing monitoring of supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and lead CAPA activity.
  • Apply quality expertise to design‑for‑manufacture considerations.
  • Support the wider supplier quality function as the company scales.
  • Maintain a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week from home and approximately 30% travel.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Lead Auditor with experience in an ISO 13485‑compliant environment.
  • Experience in highly regulated sectors such as biotech or aerospace is also acceptable.
