An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CO₂ Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and well-established refrigeration business covering the South East region. This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, supporting key customers while delivering high standards of service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs. The successful candidate will be a customer‑focused engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience working on CO₂ refrigeration systems.

Key Information

  • Location: South East England (looking for Engineers located anywhere along the M40 corridor)
  • Salary: OTE Earnings £60,500
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
  • Paid Door‑to‑Door Travel
  • Call‑Out: 1 in 4 rota (£150 per call‑out)
  • Overtime Paid After 40 Hours
  • Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdown repairs
  • Assist with the commissioning and handover of new installations
  • Support maintenance of equipment under warranty
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Complete service reports and associated documentation accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and company procedures
  • Support the wider engineering team as required

Requirements

  • F‑Gas Certification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
  • Proven hands‑on CO₂ refrigeration experience
  • Previous experience within the commercial refrigeration industry
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
