In this role, you will take ownership of residential solar and battery installations, managing projects from scheduling through to completion. You'll work closely with customers, installation partners, and internal teams to deliver a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience in a fast-paced environment. Full leadership and management training will be provided to support your transition into management.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with hands-on solar experience, ready to move off the tools and into a leadership position. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be commutable to Oxford and happy to travel to sites across the South East.
