Fire & Security Service Engineer - Covering Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire - £35,000- £40,000 Basic Salary

  • £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card.
  • Mobile phone and laptop provided.
  • All power tools supplied.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • 1 in 6 on-call rota with £200 standby payment, plus £25 per hour for call-outs.
  • Overtime paid at £25 per hour.

Fire & Security Service Engineer Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a well established and respected company covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, with occasional work in London.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Fire & Security Service Engineer Role & Responsibilities:

  • Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems.
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
  • Attending reactive call outs.
  • Participating in a 1 in 6 on-call rota.
  • Covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, with occasional work in London.

Fire & Security Service Engineer Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
