About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing / Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a new build residential development in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are achieved, coordinating subcontractors, and driving plots through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finishing activities on site
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure all plots are completed to a high standard
- Oversee snagging and de-snagging works
- Maintain site health & safety standards
- Monitor programme deadlines and drive project completion
- Conduct quality inspections and customer walkthroughs
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams
- Ensure all works are completed in line with NHBC standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Site Manager on new build residential projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working on volume housing developments
