Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management provider delivering maintenance services across a prestigious site in Oxfordshire?

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established engineering team, responsible for maintaining critical building services and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems across the site.

The Role

  • As Electrical Engineer, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities while supporting the ongoing reliability and performance of electrical building services systems.
  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintaining and fault-finding on electrical distribution systems, lighting, power, and associated building services equipment.
  • Supporting maintenance activities on HVAC and mechanical plant where required.
  • Conducting fire alarm testing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Accurately recording maintenance activities through the CAFM system.
  • Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergency call-outs when required.

About You

  • Recognised Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • Experience working within commercial buildings, facilities management, or building services environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical systems.
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
  • Experience working within critical or high-profile environments.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and compliance reporting.
