Operations/Project Manager (HVAC)

Established over 30-year ago, this company are specialists in the design, installs & maintenance of AC, ventilation and mechanical systems across the UK. Due to internal progressions, they are currently seeking an Operations or Project Manager to oversee interesting HVAC technical projects.

In the Project based role, you\’ll be attending to all aspects of HVAC & Mechanical projects ensuring they meet clients goals are delivered within time and budget. This will involve attending client site meeting, surveying, managing all projects resources and materials. For the Operations role, responsibilities will be similar but you\’ll also be taking a proactive role within the business to improve the company and be responsibility for the allocation of projects and monitoring their work.

THE ROLE:

• Overseeing HVAC/Mechanical Projects enduring delivered on time and within budget
• Operational tasks
• Option for either Operations or Projects role

• HVAC experience (preferably Aircon/Ventilation)
• Experience in Projects or Operations
• Driver
