Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the regional sales strategy for Wind Operations & Maintenance services across Northern Europe.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with wind farm owners, operators, and developers.
- Lead commercial negotiations for long‑term maintenance agreements, corrective service contracts, and performance optimisation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the renewable energy industry.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and bid management teams to ensure service solutions align with customer requirements.
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the Northern European wind sector.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer engagement records for senior management review.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ sales or business development experience within the wind energy sector.
- Proven background selling O&M services in renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, maintenance, and performance optimisation.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements with wind farm owners and operators.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in Northern European markets is advantageous.
- Understanding of Northern European renewable energy markets and regulations.
- Familiarity with digital monitoring and reporting platforms within wind operations is desirable.
