What Are We Looking For?
Due to continued growth, RSE Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Graduate to join the team in either Leeds or Nottingham on a full‑time permanent basis. Graduates are fundamental in shaping the future of both RSE Controls and the water crisis, and we encourage people to join our team and launch their career developing innovative solutions that will have a real impact within the water industry.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Assist in preparing and delivering sustainability reports for both internal and external use.
- Collect and analyze sustainability data including organisational carbon footprint, waste, water, energy use, etc.
- Support ESG Compliance procedures.
- Research and collaborate on innovation projects related to low carbon technologies.
- Deliver client reporting requirements including embodied carbon assessments.
- Support the integration of the business pillar into RSE’s ESG strategy.
- Support communications and engagement on sustainability both internally and externally.
- Engage with RSE’s Supply Chain to support the reduction of our scope 3 emissions and improve Supply Chain Governance.
- Support the implementation of PAS2080 across the business.
- Support in developing and monitoring the Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
What do you need?
- You will have graduated within the last two years.
- Qualified in an Engineering/Sustainability/Environmental or other related degree.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and its applications.
- Computer literate – proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
