The Role
You’ll be responsible for pricing and winning work across:
- Fire Doors
- Fire Dampers
- Fire Stopping
- Smoke Control
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tenders
- Review drawings, site reports, and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Support bid submissions and client proposals
- Work closely with operations for project handover
What We’re Looking For
- Estimating experience (construction, M&E, or passive fire)
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Passive fire experience is ideal—but not essential.
