What you will do:
- Assisting with the estimation, pricing and design of projects up to the value of £5M.
- Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team.
- Helping to price up and design all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Pipework.
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail.
- Using the latest packages and technology to ensure constant development.
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow; routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, working closely with one of the Directors of the business.
You will have:
- Experience within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, Mechanical Design Engineer or an Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator wanting to step up.
- Knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp.
- Qualifications such as HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
