The Mechanical Estimator/HVAC Estimator job itself involves a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team, helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects, including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.

What you will do:

  • Assisting with the estimation, pricing and design of projects up to the value of £5M.
  • Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team.
  • Helping to price up and design all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Pipework.
  • Working on exciting projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail.
  • Using the latest packages and technology to ensure constant development.
  • Offered opportunities to progress and grow; routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, working closely with one of the Directors of the business.

You will have:

  • Experience within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, Mechanical Design Engineer or an Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator wanting to step up.
  • Knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp.
  • Qualifications such as HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
