This is a great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a well‑established, market‑leading managed print provider that genuinely invests in its people and service function. You’ll be working with a Canon platinum partner, supported by a collaborative and experienced service team, with realistic workloads and a strong emphasis on quality, not volume.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Pro‑Print devices, including Fiery controllers and network integration. The role is field based, covering the East and South Midlands and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on first‑time fix and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Servicing and maintaining Canon MFD and production print devices
  • Supporting and configuring Fiery controllers and workflows
  • Installing devices and integrating them into customer networks
  • Setting up scan‑to‑email and scan‑to‑folder solutions
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Keeping service records accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

  • A skilled field service engineer, who has gained exposure to all/any of the following: Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Pro‑Print equipment (or a mixture of any of these)
  • Comfortable working with Fiery controllers
  • Good understanding of networked print environments
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
