Service is recruiting for a senior-level Electrical & RF Calibration Manager on behalf of a globally recognised engineering organisation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-precision electrical and RF calibration products across their full lifecycle. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, technical direction, and innovation within a highly specialised test and measurement environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for electrical and RF calibration systems
- Manage and develop cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software, and firmware
- Define system architectures with a focus on RF performance, signal integrity, and metrology standards
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk management activities
- Drive best practice in systems engineering, integration, and verification processes
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Support continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards
- Contribute to innovation and development of new technologies and solutions
About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
- Significant experience leading engineering teams within complex product environments
- Strong background in RF design and measurement systems
- Experience within test & measurement, calibration, or metrology environments
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Strong systems engineering knowledge and structured development approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
