Our client, a leading global HVAC & Refrigeration company is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable support to their customers.

- Base salary of up to £48,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of commercial and industrial plants and equipment using cutting‑edge diagnostic tools.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs and commissioning work on customer sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
- Participating in an on‑call rota.
- Who They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a field‑based Service Technician or Refrigeration Engineer.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
- Confidence using diagnostic software, mobile apps and MS Office.
- NVQ L2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent industry related qualification.
- A valid F‑Gas certification (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
