We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Production / Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business within a highly regulated, precision-driven production environment. The Role
- Operating and monitoring production machinery in line with set procedures
- Measuring, weighing, and handling raw materials accurately
- Ensuring production runs are completed efficiently and to specification
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
- Completing production records and basic documentation accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Following all health & safety and compliance procedures
- Working both independently and as part of a wider production team
About You
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment
- Comfortable working to structured processes and high attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
