As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office-based, with occasional site visits for training and audits.
The role will include:
- Line management of a small team of engineers.
- Supporting the wellbeing and development of your team.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Overseeing project delivery and quality standards.
To be considered for this Geotechnical Team Lead role, you will have:
- Previous geotechnical or ground investigation experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A strong technical background.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Residence in or within a reasonable commute of the Northampton office.
