Site Manager – Residential Development
Location: Cornwall
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across Cornwall. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects ranging from bespoke developments to multi-unit residential schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing company. The role will involve day‑to‑day management of residential developments from groundwork through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials, and site resources
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Monitoring quality and compliance
- Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across site operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing residential housing developments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundwork to finishing trades
- SMSTS certificate and an understanding of CDM regulations
- Good knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC/warranty standards
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
