You’ll see products move through the workshop, collaborate closely with manufacturing and engineering teams and play a key part in solving real-world engineering challenges. The environment itself is collaborative, relaxed and engineering-led. The team works closely together, communication is open and there’s a genuine investment in development, training and giving engineers autonomy to do their best work.
Position will involve:

- Working closely with production and wider engineering teams
- Supporting continuous improvement and engineering change activities
Required qualifications and experience:

- Experience developing products through the full lifecycle
- Strong 3D CAD capability, SolidWorks would be advantageous
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and structural analysis
- Experience with GD&T and engineering drawing standards
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The confidence to work autonomously whilst also collaborating effectively with wider teams
Benefits and compensation:
- Salary up to £60,000
- Annual bonus
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Private healthcare
- Enhanced pension contribution
