We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Refresh division, specialising in refurbishment and building improvement. The role is primarily home‑based, with occasional site and office travel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial journey of each project from the initial estimation stage through to completion.
  • Engage with building envelope, internal fire compartmentation, full room and amenity space refurbishment projects, and other refurbishment work.
  • Provide commercial expertise at every stage of the project life cycle, shaping outcomes from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project teams, line managers and senior leaders to ensure actions are completed.

Qualifications

  • Formal education and hands‑on experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of the energy and construction industry.
  • Proactive approach to professional development.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage and deliver projects.
  • Experience within the QS function on new build projects, including construction technology, procurement and CVR process.
  • Experience on reclad or refurbishment projects is advantageous.
